Link your Maya wallet under Cashier to deposit and request withdrawals. The wallet name on your Maya account must match the name registered on your hero789 account before the link activates.
GrabPay transfers are handled through the GrabPay balance in your Grab app. Select GrabPay in Cashier, enter the amount, then confirm inside the Grab app. The amount posts to your hero789 balance once confirmed.
GCash is connected via the payment link shown in Cashier. After you enter the deposit amount, the page redirects to the GCash payment screen for your PIN confirmation. Funds reflect after the GCash confirmation screen closes.
Coins. ph wallet holders can fund their hero789 account through the Coins. ph option in Cashier. Keep your Coins. ph account verified to avoid transfer holds on either end.
InstaPay covers bank-to-account transfers from most Philippine banks. Use the account details shown in Cashier for the InstaPay recipient, and include your hero789 account reference number in the transfer note.
Adding money to your account starts in the Cashier section, which is available from the account menu after login. We do not process payments through third-party redirect pages that ask for your full banking credentials — every deposit flow stays within the wallet app you already use, whether that is Maya, GrabPay or GCash.
Go to your account menu and select Cashier. The deposit tab opens by default. You will see the available payment methods listed with their current status for your account.
Choose Maya, GrabPay, GCash or another available option. If a method is unavailable, a short note explains what account step is needed to activate it — usually a wallet-ownership check.
Type the deposit amount into the field shown. The screen will display the method-specific minimum. Confirm on the hero789 side, then complete the authorisation inside your wallet app.
After your wallet confirms the transfer, your hero789 balance reflects the deposit. Open Transaction History if the amount does not appear; the reference number there is what support needs if you need to follow up.
Withdrawal requests are submitted through the same Cashier section you use for deposits. We route payouts back to the wallet or bank account you used to fund your hero789 account — this is how we confirm the money returns to its verified source. Before your first withdrawal, your account verification must be complete; the Cashier screen will flag this if it is still pending and link you directly to the document upload step.

The document upload screen in Account Settings lists all accepted Philippine government-issued IDs. You can start verification with what you have and the screen will tell you if the document you uploaded is sufficient. Partial submissions are saved so you can complete the process when the correct ID is available.
Yes, you can add multiple verified wallet methods to your account. Each one goes through a separate name-match check. Once both are verified, you can choose which method to use per transaction directly from the Cashier screen. The method you select for a given withdrawal must already be verified before the request submits.
